		<description>I have a proposal submitted to NJ Transit to extend the Newark Light Rail along previously used freight tracks currently owned by Norfolk Southern.  These tracks would allow the Newark Light Rail to be extended into Montclair to the west, Clifton to the north, and Harrison, Kearny, Secaucus and Hoboken to the east.
