I think this is chugging along slowly. A study is due in the new year, and there is a sitting transportation committee on high speed rail right now.

Clean London: No, it's not really going anywhere, unfortunately. Latest news on this is that 86% of Canadians support high speed rail, but the Conservatives insist that they're still studying it (for the umpteenth time). But maybe they'll get behind it once the study wraps up in early 2010?
