		<description>so theyre making the stimulus more conservative yet not one gop member supports it? if the gop is going to be against it at least make it something democrats can all get behind. afterall its the democrats who are going to get the blame/credit for the stimulus regardless of the obstructionist republicans.

if they want tax credits/cuts/relief (whatever the PC term is of the moment) why not use them to get private railroads to make infrastructure improvements... it would be a &quot;free market&quot; response and would get infrastructure built/rebuilt while providing jobs. also benefits passenger trains in addition to the railroad&#039;s own freight trains.</description>
