I read where HUD is also teaming up with the Dept. of Energy as well. A government where agencies are talking to each other and coordinating planning. Good talk so far; I'm keeping my fingers crossed that Congress will fund it. It’s no dream, BLambert, nor a Twilight Zone episode.
